Help Lines and Support
Each of our products contains direct access for consumers to help lines and support. Most of these are 24/7 facilities.
In addition to this we also provide direct access to brokers and their staff for help and support. Each of our brokers has direct access to three key relationship contacts:
- director / business development manager as a primary point of contact
- dedicated claims manager to assist with any specific queries relating to claims in order to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently
- customer relationship manager to assist with technical queries, compliance issues or other aspects relating to the operations of the products
