One of the most comprehensive legal protection products available to smaller businesses with a turnover of up to £250,000 per annum. The cover is available for a fixed price of £49.99 + IPT, The principal covers offered include:

• Legal costs and expenses incurred in disputes with employees
• Awards of compensation incurred in disputes with employees
• Legal costs for defence of a Health and Safety Prosecution
• Expert costs for dealing with tax enquiries and disputes
• Legal costs for defence against Criminal Prosecution arising from employment

Standard Commercial LEI

Prices are based on the turnover of your business. Indicative rates are set out in the table below:

Our commercial legal expense product offers a comprehensive range of covers and includes free access to a comprehensive website for HR support matters which in itself retails for £1,500. The principal covers are:  

• Legal costs and expenses incurred in disputes with employees
• Awards of compensation incurred in disputes with employees
• Legal costs for defence of a Health and Safety Prosecution
• Expert costs for dealing with tax enquiries and disputes
• Legal costs for defence against Criminal Prosecution arising from employment

Premier Commercial LEI

The Premier Commercial Product includes all of the cover of the standard commercial product and includes the free access to the support website. It also adds in some valuable additional legal protection covers including:
