Lexelle Annual Broker Questionnaire Results
Thank you to the brokers who completed our feedback questionnaire. We had an excellent response and were very pleased with the results and general comments.
As a company we are committed to customer care and consider your feedback a critical part of helping us to improve our services. Your comments were appreciated and we were pleased to find that the vast majority of feedback was extremely positive with 92% of brokers rating their overall experience of dealing with Lexelle as 'very good' or 'good'. 96% felt staff helpfulness and attitude was 'very good' or 'good' and 92% were 'very satisfied' or 'satisfied' with our response times to problems and claims.
Other areas surveyed such as our invoicing procedures, inception systems and policy wordings also produced excellent levels of client satisfaction and many brokers left additional comments complimenting our staffs’ attitude and knowledge.
But, never a company to be complacent we hope to focus our attentions on some of the issues you have raised and continue to improve our broker relationships and service levels. Our feedback questionnaires will be sent to you annually and we hope to improve on last year’s scores.
