Newcastle Golf Day

On 12th June Lexelle, Holmans and Oak Underwriting hosted a golf day in Newcastle on what was hoped would be a beautiful summer's day. Sadly such optimism was misplaced, but despite the weather, over 50 attendees from afar a field as Sheffield, Manchester and Scotland enjoyed their time at the City of Newcastle Golf Club. Standards and experience varied but trophies for the winners of various contests including the longest drive, and a hole in one ensured the day had a competitive spirit. A meal in the club house and an evening at Buffalo Joes rounded off an enjoyable day.
