Company History

Lexelle Limited is based in Sheffield and operates within the support services sector providing a variety of services to end user customers of insurance companies and large intermediary affinity group schemes.

These services include the management of motor insurance claims and client assistance services including replacement vehicles, accident repairs, the management and pursuance of personal injury claims, the provision of legal expenses insurance, client advice lines and breakdown recovery, plus a number of other value added insurance products.

The company was incorporated in 1996 and founded by the partners of Proddow Mackay, a long established, leading firm of personal injury solicitors who also specialise in the volume recovery of subrogated losses for major insurers such as Norwich Union and Fortis.

Lexelle has successfully handled many thousands of motor claims for members of the public, the motor trade, motor insurers, insurance brokers and intermediaries and prides itself on the quality of service it provides to all of its clients.
